God pages (formerly torn pages) are a series of four pages for the God books: Guthix (the God of Balance), Saradomin (the God of Order), and Zamorak (the God of Chaos).
These pages can be found in all levels of Treasure Trails. The pages are used to fill a "Damaged book" (colours in either red, green, or white) received from the Horror from the Deep quest.
The pages, labeled with the God's name and a page number between one and four, are then placed in the book and filled. Once you have all four pages of that God's book, you can preach from it, as well as bless symbols (50 prayer required).

- From 30 April 2008 onwards, the prices of god pages in the Grand Exchange were steadily rising and buying a god page was nearly impossible for poorer players, as the pages were rarer than before. Thus, it was difficult for some players to complete the God book they were working on.
- On 26 November 2008, when Jagex released the While Guthix Sleeps quest, there also was a hidden update that caused the god pages to become a common reward from the Treasure Trails minigame once again. This caused a dramatic turn in the price trends. The prices started dropping to their original values, making them more affordable for players.
