The High Priest of Goblins is the leader of the goblins of the Goblin Cave who follow the Big High War God (Bandos). He tests a player's knowledge of goblin religion during the Land of the Goblins quest. In an issue of Postbag from the Hedge, he signs his name as Bighead.

You can also talk to him and he will explain some of the goblin's religion to you.

He plays a major role in The Chosen Commander, when he accidentally becomes Bandos's avatar, the quest's final boss and gets killed. When asked "Didn't you die?" in the Goblin temple after the quest, he replies: "Old High Priest die; me new High Priest. When old one not come back, we choose new one by proper goblin method. All tribal priests go into room to discuss it and... last one standing gets to be the new High Priest!"
