The Goblin Champion is a level 24 Goblin which dwells in the dungeon under the Champions Guild in the Champion's Challenge minigame. It is a stronger form than that of a normal Goblin. The Goblin Champion can only be found after a player finds a Goblin champion scroll which is dropped by all types of Goblins. It is a Members only monster. He uses an artificial Earth Wave which, is about the equivalent of an earth strike. His attacks have a chance of draining your prayer slightly.
[edit] Tactics
Players can only use Magic against the Goblin as Melee and Ranged are prohibited in the fight. Mind that he also attacks with magic, and thus magic armour should be a good idea, because it boosts both your attack and defence. Cast the best spell you can although it will take few spells, because of his low hitpoints level. It will be very unlikely that food is needed, but it could prove useful if you are a lower level.

Once the monster is defeated the player shall receive 128 slayer and hitpoints experience, and a new banner is hung in the arena under the Champions' Guild to celebrate your victory.
