Adamant gloves (not to be confused with Adamant gauntlets, a reward from the Fist of Guthix minigame) are special metal gloves that can be bought from the Culinaromancer's Chest after completion of any 7 Recipe for Disaster subquests. As with all metal gloves, this piece of armour cannot be made using the Smithing skill.
Gloves from Adamant and up from Recipe For Disaster are superior to the popular Combat Bracelet, thus making it a far cheaper alternative. Although it may lack the ability to teleport it is still a good choice on the battlefield due to very handy strength bonuses (+7). Also, be aware that further gloves such as Rune gloves, Dragon gloves and Barrows gloves will always have better stats to further improve your performance in battle. Due to the evil tree update, these are the highest gloves player may obtain with one Defence.

As of 17 March 2009, Daero can take players to the hangar without receiving the experience rewards after Monkey Madness. This is important for Skill pures who want Adamant gloves from Recipe for Disaster. These gloves can be worn with Level 1 Defence.
