Glophren is the gnome champion of champions in the minigame Champion's Challenge, found in the Champion's Guild south of Varrock. He is an NPC that was released on 9 November 2009 along with the Champions' Challenge Update and Hairstyles update. He is an NPC only available for fighting once a person has defeated all the other 13 standard champions. He attacks with magic, and when his health is low, will vanish from the arena, reappearing along the outer rim along with approximately four other clones, all of whom will attack from a distance simultaneously. However, they vanish after the defeat of the real Glophren.

• It is speculated that he is related to or is in fact, Glouphrie, due to the similarity in their names as well as the ability to make illusion, which is what the clones likely were.
• His name is also similar to Glough, a critical character in the quests The Grand Tree and Monkey Madness.
