A Gilded Decoration is a decoration similar to the teak and oak decorations, except that there is a gold-trim around the player's family crest. However, this does not change the look of the family crest. A Gilded decoration will display the player's family crest, if they have one. If the player has no family crest, there will be a red background. It requires 56 Construction, 3 mahogany planks, and 2 gold leaves to build. When built, it earns the player 1,020 experience. Should you wish to change your family crest while it is in your POH, the crest in your POH will be changed to the corresponding crest once it is changed, without having to remove it from your house.

Although this is a gilded decoration, there seems to be no gold visible at all.
