Gielinor games food was the result of using two or more ingredients in the kitchen in the Gielinor Games Preparation. Tasting it would tell you the number of contribution points it was worth. Use it on Oomad Arrow to gain contribution points and Cooking experience. The highest total points possible for one Gielinor games food was 27 resulting in a maximum of 20 contribution points, although this score was only achievable for one requested flavor combination, namely fruity, spicy, sweet.

Unlike construction materials and medals, Oomad Arrow did not take extra food from the player when they hand in what was needed. However, they could not be banked, only destroyed. Also, players could not hand these in by talking to him; they must have used it on him to do so.
