The Giant rat is a monster found in Daemonheim, released as part of the dungeoneering skill. It is relatively weak compared to other monsters found in Daemonheim, and can be found on any floor. The rats found in the upper levels of Daemonheim have the same appearance as the giant rats in Varrock sewers. On the other hand, those found in warped floors have bodies composed partially of what appears to be magma, ostensibly due to the twisted magic therein.
