A Giant frog is a monster found in the Lumbridge Swamp Caves and Dorgesh-Kaan South Dungeon. At level 44, they are the toughest monster in the dungeon. They are found to the south of the cave system, just outside the entrance to Juna's cavern.
Their frequent drops of nature runes, a valuable rune, and giant frog legs, which can be sold to Hudo in the Tree Gnome Stronghold for 1,000 coins apiece, when combined to their closeness to the Lumbridge Castle and Culinaromancer's Chest banks, can also make training fairly profitable for lower levelled players.

- This monster is currently the only non-Slayer monster to drop Metal boots. It used to share this characteristic with Nex, who could drop dragon boots, but this was changed in a hidden update that removed the boots from Nex's drop table.
- The giant frog used to be a melee monster, but after the Evolution of Combat update it has changed styles to ranged.
