The Ghostly cloak is a piece of members only armour. It is obtained through completing a random section of the Ghostly robes miniquest. There are no requirements to wear and, when worn with the other pieces, the player appears 'ghostlike' (i.e. see-through).
This provides the third highest Magic attack bonus in the cape slot, after the Ardougne cloak 3 and the god capes.
