Geyser titans are level 89 Summoning familiars, introduced with the "Summoning 2" update on 31 March 2008. They are part of the Titan group of familiars, and provide a boost for the Ranged skill as well as being able to recharge dragonstone jewellery.

In combat, Geyser titans seem to attack with Melee up close, but from afar they attack with Ranged. The melee attack involves striking the enemy with both arms while the Ranged attack looks like a cloud of steam.

A Geyser titan pouch is made by using a Summoning pouch on a Summoning obelisk with 222 spirit shards, a Blue charm and a Water talisman in the inventory. Making the pouch earns 783.2 experience points. Using the pouch to summon a Geyser titan gains 8.9 experience points.

Geyser titans may be commonly found in Castle Wars and other activities, possibly because of their high combat level and their useful scroll ability, which actually hits higher based on the defence bonuses of the opponent's armour.

The Boil scroll enables the use of the Boil special move for a Geyser titan. Using the pouch on a Summoning obelisk creates 10 scrolls.

Boil is the special move for the geyser titan, which inflicts damage according to the enemy's armour. The Boil attack has been known to inflict up to 300 life points. Essentially, the higher the opponent's defence bonus, the more damage the boil move will inflict.
