Fungal web armour has three pieces, which are made by using the Crafting skill to add fungal flakes to the corresponding mycelium web armour piece. 3800 flakes are needed to make the full set; 300 for the visor, 1000 for the leggings, and 2500 for the poncho. Please note that all armour made with the flakes from the dungeon is degradable, and can be repaired by using more flakes on the armour with a needle and thread in the inventory. Bob in Lumbridge will NOT repair the armour. The armour requires level 25 in Defence and Magic to be equipped.
