Frederick Horgan
Frederick Horgan, also known as Mod Avatar, was a content developer at Jagex.
According to Frederick, he was involved in "several high profile projects including; designing and implementing an overhaul to the legacy combat system, implementing bonds (a real money in game currency) as well as other, smaller scoped, player retention and monetisation projects."[1]
