The Freaky Forester is a random event. Players are whisked away to a small clearing in a remote forest in Gielinor where they are asked to kill a pheasant with a certain number of tail feathers. The player must simply give the raw pheasant to the forester and then they are able to leave the area via a portal. Players are rewarded with a Random event gift. However, if the player gives him the wrong pheasant, they will be teleported to a different area and will not receive a reward.

Attacking the pheasants always deals 5 damage, a one-hit kill, and gives no experience.

Players can choose to get pieces of the Lederhosen set after successfully completing this Random Event.
