Put very shortly, the rules are being ignored constantly, even to the point of posters making topics about breaking Jagex rules. Old topics are being bumped continuously and usually responded to with rude posts and mocking, and most rulebreakers go unpunished.
That is why I believe we should "wipe" the forums clean and start them over. I do not believe that RS:DDD applies here, as this is about the forums and not the actual wiki. Comment - First of all, forum discussions should take place on the forums themselves, not the Yew Grove. Many people here don't even use the wiki forums. Secondly, if people are breaking the rules, we educate them. Deleting every topic is not going to stop people from breaking the rules, it's just going to give us zero topics and discourage activity. Oppose - Per Andrew. If there's rulebreakers, we either ban them or educate them as said above. The forum is barely used and most of our f-admins are retired/gone. It's not worth the hassle of destroying and rebuilding.
