Over at the RuneScape Player's Wiki, we have about ~150 articles, give or take, on runescape players. We don't have many active editors that want to contribute, giving us about 800 visitors a day (~4000 page views). We really want our traffic to improve (Who wouldn't want more visitors?) and I know that anything done here will help us. So let's cut to the chase on what we'd really like (but can be substituted for anything):
- Any links that relate to players, such as the links on 200 million experience, direct to the players wiki. If the article doesn't exist, it'll be created with as much information that we can find.
With this being done, more users will be informed of this wiki and be able to contribute to it also, allowing us to meet up to higher standards and be a better wiki, and making it worth able to direct to.
Support - As nominator. Hair 21:39, July 22, 2012 (UTC)

Neutral. Not sure if it would really benefit our articles at all - I know that I don't really care about what players spend lots of time doing this stuff, but maybe others do. ajr 21:54, July 22, 2012 (UTC)
- I wanna see this added to RS:PDDA; like "if you'd like to create an article that holds info for a player for any reason please do it <here>." MolManRnScp Plyrs Wk 21:58, July 22, 2012 (UTC)
Neutral - I don't really see what benefit would be obtained from this partnership aside from increased awareness for you guys. I find it unlikely that this will have any significant impact on the player and clan articles that are created on here, as I find people tend to read what they want and ignore what they don't like22:16, July 22, 2012 (UTC)
Oppose - The content of the Players wiki, on the whole, is poorly written, barely legible and consists of people adding themselves or their friends for a laugh. If you could show that pages we would link to would be beneficial to our users, then i would support, but not now Cursed Pyres (talk) 00:36, July 23, 2012 (UTC)
Potential neutral - (that's new) Per Cursed Pyres. If that is resolved and the articles are not achievement banners but information (or whatever it is that you guys do) about players, then I'll take on a "fine, go ahead"-stance.06:20, July 23, 2012 (UTC)
Slight oppose - The quality of content on that wiki isn't exactly top notch. It wouldn't give our visitors the best impression to link to the players wiki. It is also of little benefit to readers to link to that wiki. 222 talk 07:04, July 23, 2012 (UTC)
Oppose - I've never liked the purpose of that wiki, whatever it may have originally been intended as. Dozens of articles on desperate or deluded players vainly trying to bloat their achievements and attract attention to themselves; as far as actual content quality, comprehensiveness, or information are concerned, they quite simply doesn't exist. I would, however, support adding the link to RS:PDDA as suggested by ajr above, as it would benefit both wikis. Ronan Talk 12:47, July 23, 2012 (UTC)
Oppose Until that wiki in better organised, we should stay away. Atlandy 02:52, July 24, 2012 (UTC)
Oppose - Feel free to amend RS:PDDA, but as the wiki has very little in the way of verifiable information, especially with Jagex's 'improved' highscores, and no real benefits for us that I can see I don't see why we would want to do such a thing. Cåm 16:22,25/7/2012 (UTC)
- Also a link to RS:PDDA would be helpful. (It might stop people from making unimportant player articles on this wiki.) Neitiznot ▸ Choose OptionMy userpage Talk to me! Rage Spam goes hereSign here! Nay, 'tiz bot! 17:54, July 28, 2012 (UTC)
