Fortunato is the owner of Fortunato's Fine Wine in Draynor Village. Free players can purchase jugs, bottles of wine, and jugs of wine from him, while Members can additionally purchase jugs of vinegar from him once they have started the Rag and Bone Man quest. He will also stop players from Thieving the wine stall if he is near a player attempting to do so.

Examining Fortunato will display the message "Looks like he could do with a sip of Amontillado." This is an allusion to the short story "The Cask of Amontillado" by Edgar Allan Poe, in which Fortunato insults Montresor, and as a result, Montresor hatches a plot for vengeance. Montresor lures Fortunato by promising him a rare Cask of Amontillado, and gets him drunk. Montresor then traps the drunk Fortunato, builds a brick wall around him, and entombs him alive.
