The Forester is found patrolling the entrance to McGrubor's Wood. He doesn't speak unless the player tries to access the gate to the wood. He also appears to be wielding a steel hatchet and a unique hat that players cannot obtain.
If spoken to during While Guthix Sleeps after getting the clue from the Wounded guardian, he'll direct you to the Forester's Arms pub.

- The Forester still uses the old graphics for the steel hatchet.
