Food (class 3) is made during the Stealing Creation minigame. It is made by using Sacred Clay (class 3) on a Creation kiln. Its main purpose is to heal hitpoints just as regular food would. Food (class 3) requires level 40 cooking to make and will heal 120 Life Points. It is interesting to note that with a 40 cooking requirement, and healing 120 Life Points, this food is the Stealing Creation equivalent of Lobster.
