A Flier is a useless object that advertises Bob's Brilliant Axes. It is similar to an Al Kharid flyer. A flier can be dropped by barbarians and imps and can be a reward from a mystery box from a Quiz Master, Sandwich Lady and the Beekeeper random event. It can also be received from a Man (usually level 2) by right-clicking on him and pressing "Talk-to".
The flier can be one of the random items a dwarf asks for in the Forgettable Tale of a Drunken Dwarf quest.
With the update on 20 November 2007, this item is no longer tradeable, presumably as it was involved in a scam.
