The Fletching cape can be purchased for 99,000 coins from Hickton at the Catherby Fletching Store by players who have achieved level 99 Fletching. It is the Cape of Accomplishment for the Fletching skill. Fletching capes are dark green in colour, and have a gold trim if the player has more than one level 99 skill.
Fletching capes are the 3rd most common skill cape for a members' skill after cooking and strength. Currently, there are just over 85,000 players with 99 Fletching. This cape is the most worn among Skill pures with the Cooking cape just behind.
The Fletching cape, along with the Cooking cape and the Firemaking cape are considered to be the easiest skill capes to obtain as the skills for these capes take the least money and time to get to 99.

[edit] Trivia
- In the Fletching cape emote the player makes a composite bow, which players cannot currently fletch, apart from the ogre composite bow.
- When Skillcapes were first released, the Fletching cape was being sold in the Ranging Guild, but this has been moved due to players arguing about the 40 Ranged requirement.
- This is the only skillcape that the NPC doesn't talk about it when you don't have 99 fletching.
- When wearing a dragon chainbody with the fletching cape the cape looks degraded at the top.
