The Fishing pass is an item used in the Fishing Contest quest. The fishing contest takes place in Hemenster.
In the Fishing Contest quest you will need to fish at the most northern spot. You will find some garlic to win the contest. (You are fishing against a vampire.) It is needed after the quest to enter the competition, therefore players should not drop if they want to enter the competition.
