The Fishing outfit is a reward from the Fish Flingers Distractions and Diversions located at Isla Anglerine. The complete set consists of four pieces; a Fishing hat, Fishing jacket, Fishing waders, and Fishing boots. Each piece can be purchased for 140 tokens from the Fisherman at Isla Anglerine, so an entire set will cost 560 tokens. There are no requirements to wear the outfit, and it provides no combat bonuses.

Wearing the entire set will provide an additional 5% bonus to Fishing experience for any fishing activity.  However, the outfit does not provide a bonus when luring fish without equipment using the Barbarian fishing method.

A full fishing outfit can be stored in the armour case of a costume room of a player-owned house, and in all tiers of a tackle box.

TriviaEdit

• There used to be a glitch which happened while only using the fishing waders in which the upper half of the player's body was seperated from the lower half. This has seemingly been patched by Jagex.
• Though the Fishing Outfit can be stored in any tacklebox, you do not gain any experience bonus for storing it in a tacklebox. Thus, it is better for those with 99 Fishing who are doing Fish Flingers to save their tokens for Tackleboxes (although those saving for the Champion's Tacklebox will likely far surpass the token requirements for the Fishing Outfit and Champion's Tacklebox due to the immense Medal requirement that the Champion's Tacklebox has).
• With the release of the Botany Bay on 26 September, the Fishing outfit received a bonus boost, doubling the experience of the set from 2.5% to 5%.
