Fish pie is a pie that can be baked with Cooking skill at level 47. It heals 12 hitpoints in two bites, 6 per each bite, and each bite raises Fishing by 3 temporarily.

To make a fish pie the player must perform the following steps:

• Add some pastry dough to a pie dish to make a pie shell.
• Add a cooked trout, a cooked cod and a potato (in that order) to the pie shell to make a raw fish pie.
• Cook the raw fish pie on a range to turn it into a fish pie.

Will either become a fish pie (edible), or burnt pie (non-edible; can be emptied to reuse pie dish).
