Fish hats are quest items and rewards from the quest Hunt for Red Raktuber. As they provide no bonuses, they are usually just worn for looks or to show that the player has completed the quest, hence they are rarely seen throughout the game.

There are four types of fish hats:

• Monkfish
• Octopus
• Puffer
• Ray
