The Fiscal statement is a quest item used in The Fremennik Trials quest and is used as part of the favour used to obtain Sigmund the Merchant's vote. It is obtained by giving a tracking map to Brundt the Chieftain in Rellekka. The statement can then be given to Yrsa in exchange for a pair of sturdy boots. The statement confirms that the sales tax that is enforced on the salespeople of Rellekka, including Yrsa, is taken out of effect.
