The firemaker's trousers are obtained from the Balthazar Beauregard's Big Top Bonanza Distraction and Diversion. You can only access this piece of the set after the completion of The Firemaker's Curse. Contrary to popular belief it can be earned in any circus activities and not just the firemaking ones; only a score of 501-1000 points is needed and the completion of the Acrobat's costume. If players lose this item, they can talk to Balthazar Beauregard to obtain it. Similar to all other circus outfits, this item does not give any bonuses.
It is the second item in the Firemaker's costume to be earned, and is the male equivalent to the firemaker's skirt.
Following an update on 17 March 2014, an override version became available along with the original item version.
