Fire arrows are used during the Underground Pass quest, in order to burn down the ropes holding up a bridge. Fire arrows inflict the same damage as untreated arrows. They are created by using a Damp cloth on untreated arrows, then by using them on any fire (usually the fire in the Pass near Koftik), or on a tinderbox. Fire arrows are generally obscure among players, and they cannot be sold efficiently due to this.
You cannot use Ice arrows from the Temple of Ikov quest or the training arrows obtained from Beefy Bill to make fire arrows.
