The Financial advisor was a man found in the Tutorial Island's bank. He taught players about offshore investments and tax fraudes. He told you that there are three basic ways of making money in RuneScape:
- Combat, by picking up monster drops.
- Quests, by receiving their rewards.
- Trading with other players.
He said that he had to run through it quickly so you wouldn't get caught by the FBI.
After the update where Tutorial Island was taken over by Learning the Ropes, the Financial advisor is no longer in-game.
