Wayward Souls can be captured after embarking off the jetty around the River Noumenon during the 2015 Hallowe'en event. They award 5 Noumenon Favour each, and give the chance to spawn a special soul upon rescue while giving the message As you rescue the soul you notice another soul that stands out from the rest.
