Vali only appears during events and may not be currently found in game. |
Vali is involved in the winter event since 2011 that takes place in the Fremennik Province. She informs players of the fearsome Hati of Fremennik mythology and also Sköll during the second event. She refers players to Vitharr, her sister, on defeating Sköll since the 2012 event.
Talking to her wasn't required to be allowed to get the Hati paws, Hati head or Hati cloak. However, she would replace them if lost. Sköll boots are replaced by Vitharr.
