Mine (Clan Citadels)

The Mining plot is a plot in a Clan Citadel that allows you to gain the resource Stone. It can be found on tier 2 citadels and higher. At Tier 2, it gains a stone staircase and a carved-out second layer. At Tier 3, it yields metal ores which can be used in a furnace to produce metal bars. At Tier 4, precious ore can be collected, which is used to make precious metal bars.

It is possible for the Refined perk to trigger while gathering stone and ore, providing a chance to prevent resource depletion.

It is possible to gain around 86,000 Mining experience an hour collecting any resource from a tier 7 Mining plot with level 99 Mining and rank 3 fealty. Rank 3 fealty is achieved when a player is a full member of a clan and has collected a full cap of resources during the previous week's build tick. Around 2,312 resources can be gathered per hour of skilling at a tier 7 Mining plot with level 99 Mining. Therefore, a player may spend up to 1 hour and 10 minutes a week mining in their clan citadel, to gain up to 100,440 experience in total.

Trivia

• The earliest a clan can get a mining spot is at the third build tick from creation of citadel.
• While mining, the mine carts start to fill up, but then empty themselves out.
• The bonus from the Golden mining suit applies; increasing experience rate in gathering stone.
