Spinolyps are small, dagannoth-like creatures found in the deepest sublevel of Waterbirth Island Dungeon accompanying the Dagannoth kings. Their ranged attacks can also cause poison, which starts at 68 life points. Their magic attacks can drain prayer by 10 if they hit, but are less accurate than the ranged attacks. Spinolyps will turn into level 15 suspicious water when dealt enough damage. If the water gets close to you, it will deal a rapid, inaccurate melee attack. They mainly serve as a nuisance, similar to wild dogs in the Brimhaven Dungeon.
