The Skulls pirate is a former member of The Skulls. He is located at the first watchtower, closest to the docks, on the Islands That Once Were Turtles. During the Ghosts from the Past miniquest, he can be spoken with where he tells the player about what had happened to him. As a former pirate who went by the name Pete, it is revealed that he was one of the pirates who kidnapped Cora. He was eventually turned into a skeleton by Cora who sought revenge.
