Shady lurker was an exiled citizen of Menaphos who was involved in the Aiding the Exile limited event and removed after the event was over. He could be found just outside the gates of Menaphos. He asked players to collect Menaphite coins for one of his clients who needed a large chunk of them for unstated reasons.
