The rubber tube is an item stolen by poltergeists and hidden somewhere in Draynor Manor. It is part of Professor Oddenstein's pouletmorph machine, and must be retrieved along with the pressure gauge and oil can to restore Ernest during Ernest the Chicken.
It is found on the ground floor[UK] of Draynor Manor inside the locked room underneath the stairs, which is guarded inside by a level 11 skeleton. The locked room can be opened using the grimy key, which is dug out using a spade in the compost at the western side of the manor's property.
