Round of Applause is an emote unlocked when someone wins the Seasonal Hiscores competition. Furthermore, It does not show up when you look in the All section of your emote list, you can only see it is locked when you go to the Achievement section of your emote list. They will only have the emote for the duration of the time that they remain a past winner of the hiscores. When another player becomes the new winner, the previous person will lose the emote.
The three NPCs that appear during the emote are named Jim, Fred and Sophie.
