A penance skirt is a piece of ranged PvP armour which requires 40 Defence and 50 Ranged to wear. The skirt can be obtained by exchanging 375 Honour Points in each role (and one Penance Queen kill) from the Barbarian Assault minigame, or 150 thaler.
The skirt is part of the penance set, which restores prayer over time (30 points per minute) when the full set (fighter torso, penance skirt, runner boots, penance gloves, and any penance hat) is worn.
The penance skirt can be upgraded to a hardened penance skirt using a barbarian assault armour patch.
