The nekhakha is a main hand magic weapon found in the Crondis Tomb within Crondis's pyramid after completion of the Crocodile Tears quest.
It can also be used as a cosmetic override called Pantheon (Crondis) Nekhakha, which is classified as a whip but only appears as an override for one-handed magic weapons.
Swim through the underwater tunnel accessed from within Crondis's pyramid (look for circular waves) to access the tomb where the weapon is found.
