Monsieur Flea, the Magnificent Monty, is a French flea introduced in the 2012 Christmas event. He speaks to the player after the player washes all the stray dogs with a bucket of water or at his flea circus at your dog kennel. Post-event, by building and selecting a flea circus with for your kennel, you can make Monsieur Flea have a select partyhat corresponding to the flea circus of your choice. The colours differ from; red, blue, green and purple.

Monsieur Flea also makes a reappearance with the Treasure Hunter featured toy royal battleships with the name Cadet flea, where he regales the player with his experiences since the events of Christmas 2012.
