A medium hydra lamp is a Treasure Hunter reward, obtained from the Hydra Lamps promotion.

When the player rubs one, they can choose two skills that receive experience, and if the chosen skill has bonus experience stored up, an equal amount of that is turned into regular experience. The lamp is destroyed upon gaining experience from it.
