The jubilee basket is an item handed out by Essjay to players that are completing the Cryptic Clue Fest IV, to hold the clue items. Items given to the player by Fest NPCs are automatically added to the basket.
When you click "Check-items" on the basket, you get a message according to how many days of clues you have solved:
