The High Priest of Sophanem is the leader of the Church of Icthlarin, in the city of Sophanem. He, like all of the NPCs in the desert city has a strange plague brought from Menaphos. The priest plays a fairly large role in Icthlarin's Little Helper and starts and finishes the Contact! quest. He is also the starting figure in Dealing with Scabaras, though his role in this is minor. He can be found on the south-east side of the city, in the temple where he resides.
