Guard (Independence Day Celebration) only appears during certain events and may not be currently found in game. |
Two guards were found west of the Cooks' Guild in Varrock during the 2014 Independence Day Celebration. They were dispatched when they received word of a strange trader setting up shop. They proceeded to supervise the event, as they found it to be of no harm.
Unlike most Varrock Guards, they could not be attacked.
