The Golden Gnome was an object required to be found to complete the final Super September daily challenge. Its location changed every hour, but it was the same on all worlds.

The gnome was found in the following locations throughout 30 September 2013:

• 00:00 UTC: Wizards' Tower, west of the main entrance
• 01:00 UTC: South-east of Camelot, by the ticket vendor and the unicorns
• 02:00 UTC: Near the Exam Centre, south of the Digsite
• 03:00 UTC: North of the Barbarian Village and south of Edgeville, by the unicorns
• 04:00 UTC: Beside the Photo Booth southwest of Falador
• 05:00 UTC: South-east of Karamja Lodestone or Musician
• 06:00 UTC: North-west of the Wizards' Guild in Yanille
• 07:00 UTC: North-west of the Spirit tree in the Gnome Stronghold
• 08:00 UTC: South of the Al Kharid Bank
• 09:00 UTC: In front of the Port Sarim chapel
• 10:00 UTC: Near Karamja sailors at the docks of Port Sarim
• 11:00 UTC: South of Rellekka, where Sköll was; just north of the bridge to the Lighthouse
• 12:00 UTC: South-east of Rellekka, in the Sparkling wisp Divination spot
• 13:00 UTC: South of the Varrock Lumber Yard
