Goblin guards can be found around Yu'biusk during The Mighty Fall. During the quest, the player discovers that some of them are actually humans in disguise, and as such they must go and interrogate them to try and reveal them.
Goblins that are correctly accused of being a human will become a Human infiltrator, otherwise they will die.
