Fullangr is a dwarf currently working in the caves beneath the island of Miscellania. He is part of a team of dwarves that are working to expand the caves to provide additional housing for the Miscellanians.
Because the dig must be done so carefully, only two can work at a time. He is currently waiting for his shift in a small house near The Esoterican Arms Inn.
