Farid Morrisane is a member of the Grand Exchange. He gives players the current price of ores. He is the son of Ali Morrisane. His father and mother gave him the responsibility to expand their business to the Grand Exchange.
Ironically enough, he goes against the Pollnivnean way simply by being named "Farid", since all other Pollnivneans are named "Ali." Gameplay wise, this was most likely implemented to avoid confusion.
If you talk to him, your player would comment him on how young he is, and he would say he is an accomplished merchant and Ali Morrisane has sent him to 'Expand his business.'
