Dwarf (2017 Easter event) only appears during certain events and may not be currently found in game.
The dwarf is one of the divine egg holders in the 2017 Easter event. He is found near Hammerspike Stoutbeard in the Dwarven Mines. After speaking with him, he will complain about being stalked by chickens. Right-clicking him and choose catch, then the player has to catch 10 chickens. After fulfilling the chicken capture requirement, he gives the player the dwarven divine egg.
