Dusky Wigglebills are birds which appear only on islands within the Arc. On Tuesdays, Dusky Wigglebills can be found within the Spirit Realm of Aminishi, along the western shore, appearing for 10 minutes every 30 minutes starting at reset. However they do sometimes appear at other times instead of the expected time stated before.

Dusky Wigglebills can also be found on Uncharted isles at dusk while using the NXT game client, including any islands accessed with a treasure map from a message in a bottle. On these isles, Dusky Wigglebills spawn when the player enters an area which has a dusk skybox present. Players may choose to adjust their claimed island's time of day via a hammock and travel back to the isle to cause the bird to spawn. The time of day can be changed by clicking "rest" on the hammock.
